How long until my Lucid merchandise arrives?

All orders are dispached within 24 hours, except for weekends. We usually dispatch your items by Sunday/Monday if you have ordered on a Friday/Saturday.

Within UK: Your order shouldn't take more than 5 working days. Typically 3-5 working days.
Within Europe: Your order shouldn't take more than 10 working days. Typically 5-10 working days depending on your location within Europe.
Internationally: Your order shouldn't take more than 20 working days. Typically 10-20 working days depending on your location in the world, we add such a great padding as customs may hold items for longer than expected.

Can I return my recent purchase?

We allow for a 14 day cooling off period. Within this period you are allowed to return your item. Please be aware that the item must still have the original tag attached. The item must still be like new. Also note, before sending back, you must send it with your purchase receipt.

What is my purchase receipt?

Your purchase receipt can be found in your account, by clicking on the "View receipt" button. Printing this out and sending along with your returned item is perfectly fine. If you do not have an account, you can just print out the email that was sent to you when you completed the order.
